Member 2 Free Personal Training Sessions
Classes
Small Group Hybrid Personal Training
Get an inside look into PACK Training by learning how to correctly and safely use a barbell. This workshop will go over the main compound movements used with the barbell. Learn proper form and progressions. This workshop will be led by our head trainer, JR.
Limited to 12 participants, there will be a $10 cost for the workshop. Participants will also receive JR's guide to Barbell Strength Training, with cues, and example workout progressions.
